Refund Policy

1. Digital Content Purchases

  • Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you normally have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days.
  • By accessing or downloading BeautyHub content immediately after purchase, you agree that your cancellation right ends once the content has been accessed, unless it is faulty or misdescribed.

2. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually, depending on your choice) until cancelled.
  • You can cancel a subscription at any time in your account settings.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals. Payments already made are non-refundable, unless required by law.

3. Support Payments (“Tips”)

  • Tips are voluntary payments made to creators.
  • Tips are strictly non-refundable.

4. Refunds for Faulty Digital Content

  • If purchased content is unavailable, defective, or misdescribed, you are entitled to a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method you used originally.
